McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2007 has allotted 3,17,902 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid up to Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) India Ltd - FCCB on part conversion of FCCBs.
