Proto Infosys - Outcome of Board Meeting

Proto Infosys Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2007, has decided the following:1. Approve the merger of M/s. Createch Solutions Ltd. With the Company subject to the approvals related statutory authorities, shareholders, High Courts etc.2. As the M/s. Createch Solutions Ltd. is mainly in the business of Dome Housing, this merger will strengthen the Companys one of business of infrastructure development.
