Mefcom Agro Industries - Board Meeting On Feb 13, 2007

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2007, inter alia, to take on record / discuss the following business:1. The Company has signed the Joint Venture with Sumeet Industries Ltd for the development of 255 acre land for the purpose of Industrial Park, Power Generation for captive consumption, Roads, Water, Township etc near Kandla Sea Port, District Bhuj, Gujarat. Out of the above 55 acre land has already been acquired.2. To acquire 200 acre land in the adjoining area of the above referred land for the same.
