Automobile Corporation - Outcome Of CoD Meeting

Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has informed that Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on February 10, 2007, has decided to offer 1,481,913 equity shares of Rs 10/- each for subscription under the ensuing Rights Issue in the ratio of 3 equity share for every 10 equity shares held on the Record Date at Rs 475 per equity share.
