Shiva Fertilizers - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Shiva Fertilizers Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2007, has decided, to take the Amravati Factory of The Vidarbha Co-operative Mktg Society Ltd (VCMS) Nagpur on lease basis for Manufacturing of NPK Mix Fertilizer. The Board has autorised Mr. Deepak S Maliwal Director to negotiate with V.C.M.S. & finalise the terms in this regard.
