Dollex Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2007, has transacted the following business:
1. The Board allotted 16,25,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at price of Rs 45.50/- per share aggregating to Rs 7,39,37,500/- at cash.2. The Board also authorised to Mr. Mehmood Khan, Executive Director of the Company for listing of equity shares at BSE.
3. The Board also unanimously resolved to provide Mr. Mehmood Khan, Executive Director personal security.
4. The Board also authorised to Mr. V S Bharakatia to pursue Narsinghur project.
5. The Board also formed a committee to prepare a report for putting up the power plant at Nanded Factory.
6. The Board also appointed of Mr. Somesh Bansal as an Executive Director.
