The board of Shirpur Gold Refinery has appointed Sanjay Jain - representing Jayneer Capital, Prakash Goenka - independent and Anish Goel - independent as additional directors of the company with effect from 24 December 2008.The board has accepted the resignation of Chintan A Patel, Tapan M Patel and Subhash M Jain as directors of the company.This was decided at the board meeting held on 24 December 2008.
