Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2008, has decided to surrender the membership of the Capital Segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The application is being forwarded to the National Stock Exchange of India for their necessary action.
