Usher Agro Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 750,000 equity shares to Mr. Manoj Chaturvedi, one of the Promoters of the Company and 2,500,000 equity shares to Oodnap Agrotech Ltd, on preferential basis by way of conversion of equity warrants allotted to them at the Board meeting held on May 31, 2007.
The Company had received the in principle approval for issue and allotment of these equity shares vide letter issued by Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd dated March 28, 2008.
