Trans Asia Corporation Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 18, 2008, inter alia, to consider and if thought fit, to approve sale of 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Harbour Petrochem Industries Pvt. Ltd (HPIPL) held by the Company.
