Riba Textiles Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 15, 2008, has been decided to rectify the resolution passed by the Board at their earlier meeting held on October 15, 2008, to read 6,31,381 equity shares as 5,69,539 equity shares and 1,59,812 equity shares proposed to be allotted to Mrs. Asha Garg to be read as 97,970 equity shares.
Thus, now, the total shares to be allotted pursuant to reissue of forfeited shares shall be 9,94,131 (4,24,592 to the applicants under the Offer for reissue of forfeited shares & 5,69,539 to others).
