Virinchi Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has allotted shares to the employees of the Company who have exercised under Virinchi Employees Stock Option scheme, 2004 (VESOS, 2004).
