With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 22, 2008 regarding Board Meeting on Oct 31, 2008, Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has now informed that due to certain exceptional circumstances, the above Board Meeting has been postponed and will now be held on November 05, 2008.
