Sowbhagya Media Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has resolved the following business:
1. The board has approved to issue 2,45,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 100/- per share as preferential basis.
2. An Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened for issue of shares in preferential basis on November 25, 2008.
3. Dr. Dasari Narayana Rao a Noted film Director has been appointed as additional director of the Company. Further he was appointed as chairman of the Company.
4. The Board has approved the resignation of Sri. D Surendranath Reddy as Director of the Company.
