Diamond Cables Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meting held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Resignation of Dr. T N Bhatnagar as a Director with effect from closing hours of October 31, 2008.
2. Appointment of Mr. Namo Narain Bhatnagar as an Additional Director with effect from October 31, 2008.
3. Conversion of 5,00,000 Equity Warrants out of 12,38,410 Equity Warrants held by Diamond Projects Ltd into 5,00,000 fully paid up Equity Share ranking pari-pasu with the existing equity shares.
