Puneet Resins Ltd has informed that Mr. Aditya Kapoor has been appointed at the Board Meeting of the Company held on October 27, 2008, as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years commencing from October 01, 2008 subject to the recommendation by the Remuneration Committee and approval of shareholders.
