JBF Industries Ltd has informed that High Court, Bombay, has approved merger of Microsynth Fabrics (India) Ltd with JBF Industries Ltd, vide its order dated October 23, 2008. Board of Directors of the Company has taken on record the same and approved the merged Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for year ended March 31, 2008 in their meeting held on November 18, 2008.
