1. Resolved to seek approval of Members of the Company for re-appointing Mr. G G Prabhu as Director of the Company.
2. Resolved to seek approval of Members of the Company for Appointing Mr. G G Prabhu as Whole-time Director of the Company under the designation Executive Director.
