1. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved for the shifting of Registered Office of the company from 224, Natraj Market, S V Road, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400064 to 223, Natraj Market, S V Road, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400064.
2. The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to change the name and main objects of the Company and decided to file required forms with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
3. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the resignation of Mr. Anil Kumar Nevatia as a director of the Company with effect from November 08, 2008.
