Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2008, has approved to write off the Capitalized Software Products Cost as at September 30, 2008 against the balance in the Share Premium Account as at September 30, 2008 and to this effect seek the approval of shareholders under Sections 78, 100 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
