S&S Power Switchgear Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2008, inter alia, appointed Mr. Ashish Jalan, Chairman of the Company, as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 01, 2008.
