Rids Securities Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2008, inter alia, has approved the proposal to amalgamate Tricom Agrochem Ltd with the Company with effect from April 01, 2008 subject to approval of High Court and such other approvals as may be required and has also authorized Mr. Narayansingh Bhati, Director of the Company to take various decisions including approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tricom Agrochem Ltd with the Company and authorized Mr. Mihir Shah, Director of the Company to take decision with respect to appointment of Valuer for recommendation of Share Exchange Ratio and Appointment of lawyers and other intermediaries in this regard.
