Haryana Financial Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2008, inter alia, have issued / allotted 8,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each (at par) as per following details, to the Governor of Haryana (State Govt.) on September 11, 2008 against the share capital contribution of Rs 80,00,00,000/- received from the State Govt. during the year 2008-09 under section 4 & 6 of SFCs (Amendment) Act, 2000 :
