LN Polyesters Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Proposed the change of the Main Objects of the Company for taking up of the activities relating to manufacturing of metals and minerals subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals.
2. Proposed the change in the name of the Company from L N Polyesters Ltd to L N Industries Ltd consequent to change in the objects subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals.
