GP Electronics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, Mr. Mahesh Gupta, a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary having a huge experience in the corporate field, has been appointed on the Board of the Company as an Additional Director with Immediate effect.
Further, the Company has informed that consequent upon the appointment of Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Audit Committee of the Board is reconstituted as follows:
1. Name of the Director : Mr. Mahesh Gupta
- Designation : Chairman
2. Name of the Director : Mr. Javed Tapia
- Designation : Member
3. Name of the Director : Ms. Urvi Piramal
- Designation : Member.
The Terms of reference of the Audit committee wilt remain the same.
Further, the Company has informed that consequent upon the appointment of Mr. Mahesh Gupta, Audit Committee of the Board is reconstituted as follows:
