With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 23, 2008 regarding consideration of the following matters
1. To approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year 2007-08.
2. To consider the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2007-08, if any, Solectron EMS India Ltd has now informed that due to non availability of the Directors, the Board Meeting scheduled on June 29, 2008 has been adjourned.
