Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2008, has converted 833000 convertible warrants into equity shares of Rs 10/- each and allotted equity shares in lieu of convertible warrants as follows:
- Promoter : 2,83,000
- Body Corporate : 5,50,000.
- Promoter : 2,83,000
- Body Corporate : 5,50,000.
