Kpit Cummins Infosystems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Recommendation of Dividend @ 35% for FY 2007-2008 (Rupees 0.70 per Equity Share of Rupees 2 each).
2. Allotment of 153,020 equity shares under Companys ESOP 2004 Scheme.
