Usha International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2008, has fixed the same remuneration for a further period of two years with effect from January 27, 2008 to January 26, 2010, subject to such approvals of Shareholders and of Central Government as may be necessary.
