Konkan Tyres Ltd has informed that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 & the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with Notes & schedules thereon as on that date and the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Narayan N Iyer as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Arun D Kulkarni & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the accounting year 2007-2008, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
