Stresscrete India Ltd has informed that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on November 30, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2007, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended i.e. March 31, 2007 along with the Notes and Schedules and the Report of the Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Appointment of Choksi & Choksi, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Puri, Mr. Kanu Patel & Mr. Pravinchandra Dalal as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Appointment of Mr. Arvind Kothari as a Director of the Company.
