1. Appointment of Sri. Sureshkumar Nahata, Sri. Harshad Kantibhai Savaliya and Mr. Bhanwarlal Jain as additional Directors.
2. Resignation of Directorship by Mr. B Satyaprakash.
3. Adopted new Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company subsequent to the completion of Postal Ballot and report submitted by the Scrutinizer.
