ORG Informatics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, has decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on February 28, 2008 to appoint M/s. Khanna and Annadhanam as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells who have resigned from the office of Statutory Auditors of the Company.
