Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2008, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. The Board has approved the Re-appointment of Mr. S R B Ramesh Chandra as Managing Director with effect from April 01, 2008.
2. The Board has approved the Re-appointment of Mr. S Chandra Mohan as Executive Chairman as with effect from April 01, 2008.
3. The Board has approved the Re-appointment of Mr. S Kishore Chandra as Whole-time Director with effect from April 01, 2008.
4. The Board has approved to conduct Postal Ballot for getting the approval of the Members to Re-appoint and fix the remuneration of above mentioned Managerial Personnel subject to approval of Central Government.
