Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2008, has unanimously decided to suspend the services of Mr. Bhaskar Sen, Whole time director of the Company with immediate effect, on account of his having acted contrary to the interests of the Company by Committing various detrimental to the functioning, working and interests of the Company. Further it is also decided to initiate legal action against him.
