Netvista Information Technology Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2008, inter alia, has decided the followings:
1. Subject to approval of Members and other statutory authorities wherever necessary,
(a) The name of the Company shall be changed from NETVISTA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTD to SHARADA INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT LTD.
(b) The main object / activity of the Company shall be changed from paper Industries to Construction and accordingly adopt new main object of the Company.
2. Mr. Sudhir Desai of Sudhir M Desai & Co. has appointed as scrutinizer of the Postal Ballot.
3. The Calendar of the events of the Postal Ballot is approved.
4. Delisting of Securities of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
5. Appointment of Mr. Umesh Gawand and Mr. Ravaji Patel as Additional Directors of the Company.
6. To call Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the share holders of the Company on January 31, 2008 to consider & approve the Resolutions set out in the notice of the said Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
