Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 & the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the reports of the Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ Re 0.60 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Shri. Chandra Mohan & Shri. Ashish Bagrodia as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Lodha & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
