SRHHL Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the period ended March 31, 2007 together with the Schedules attached thereto and Cash Flow Statement and the Report of the Auditors and the Report of the Directors to the shareholders.
2. Re-appointment of Sri. O D Reddy, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. T Adinarayana & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
