Vertex Spinning - Outcome Of AGM

Vertex Spinning Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Balance sheet as at March 31, 2007. The Profit and loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Declaration of Dividend 12% on the face value of equity share Rs 1/ - each.

3. Mr. Suresh Sharma has Appointed as Director of the Company and Mr. Gautam Jha retired by rotation.

4. M/s. B Vithalani & Co. Chartered Accountants has been reappointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company.
