Joindre Capital Services Ltd has informed that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:
1. Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Kamal Agarwal, Mr. Jayesh Shah & Mr. Ranjit Baradia as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Banshi Jain & Associates as Auditors of the Company.
