Hindustan Bio Sciences Ltd has informed that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have considered and passed the following:
1. Adoptiion of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 & Directors Report & Auditor Report.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Gao Jing Dong as Director of the Company retiring by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. AVSR & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Increase in the remuneration of Sri. J V R Mohan Raju, Managing Director.
