BGIL Films & Technologies Ltd has informed that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 adopted & approved.
2. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mittal has been re-appointed as the Director of the Company.
3. M/s. SNMG & Co., Chartered Accountants has been re-appointed as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 20O7-08.
4. Appointment of Mr. Rakesh Bhhatia as Managing Director of the Company has been approved without any modification in terms / conditions of his appointment as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company.
Further, Mr. Sanjay Kapoor ceased to be the Director after the conclusion of the above said AGM (i.e. 18th AGM) of the Company.
