Nucleus Software - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, has allotted 21,700 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the Non-Executive Directors and 300 equity shares to an employee of the Company, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the abovementioned under the Employee Stock Options Scbeme-1999 and Employee Stock Options Scheme-2002.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company shall be 16,182,312 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 161,823,120/-.
