Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2007, has appointed Mrs. Raman Goyal on the Board as an additional director of the Company who shall hold the office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting. She belongs to the promoters group of the Company.
