Datanet Systems Ltd has informed that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 26, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors Report and the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Re-appointment of Dr. A Prabhakar, Dr. Taj Sharma and Mr. Sudhir Prakash as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Chentan and Gurunath, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting, until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
