Sujana Metal - CoD Meeting on Jun 08, 2007

Sujana Metal Products Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on June 08, 2007 for the allotment of the following shares pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation as approved by the Honble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on April 10, 2007:a. 3,88,33,035 equity shares of Rs 5/- each to the existing shareholders of the Company as appearing in the Register of Members as on June 05, 2007 (Record date for the purpose of allotment of shares) in lieu of the old share held by them in the Company.b. 1,31,40,489 equity shares of Rs 5/- each to the shareholders of Sujana Steels Ltd in lieu of shares held by them in Sujana Steels Ltd.c. 20,38,260 preference shares of Rs 100/- each to preference shareholder of Sujana Steels Ltd in lieu of preference shares held by them in Sujana Steels Ltd.
