Beeyu Overseas - Outcome of Board Meeting

Beeyu Overseas Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, has passed the following resolutions:1. Authority to sell, lease or otherwise dispose off at such consideration and on such terms and conditions in the best interest of the Company and with effect from such date as the Board may in its absolute discretion deem fit and proper, such portions of the vacant land measuring approximately 40.00 acres near the site at Ooty Rural Village, Doddabetta Panchayat, Nilgiris District, Tamil Nadu, that is considered unutilized, unproductive and unfit for cultivation.2. Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Beeyu House, 64A, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata to Fulhara (Bhimgachh), Post Office: Ramganj, Block: Islampur, District: Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
