Sri Adhikari Brothers - Outcome Of Board Meeting

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 1.50% Foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) aggregating USD 7 million to be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Ltd (SGX-ST) and the said issue of FCCB is closed to day.
