Essel Propack Ltd has informed that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Adoption of the Companys audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the Balance Sheet as on that date, together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon. The Companys Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2006 and the Auditors Report thereon.2. Re-appointment of Mr. Tapan Mitra & Mr. K V Krishnamurthy, as Directors of the Company.3. Re-appointment of M/s. MGB & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
