Rama Newsprint & Papers Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. The Board has Not recommended dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.2. The Board has deferred the decision on issue of warrants on preferential basis convertible into equity shares and issue of any securities including Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and / or American Depository Receipts (ADRs) convertible into equity shares, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), warrants convertible into depository receipts with underlying equity shares.
